The Listeners Afternoon Tea event which was held at the park Hotel in Kilmarnock was a great success and well attended by talking newspaper listeners, volunteers, plus VIP’s, Provost Claire Letch from East Ayrshire, Provost Dickson from North Ayrshire and other local Councillors. Stalls from North Ayrshire Visual Sensory Impairment, East Ayrshire Visually Impairment Team, Synapptic, Citizens Advice Bureau, and our sponsors Urquhart Opticians. Entertainment from Angela Duncan and NOW Ayrshire Radio, all enjoyed the delightful bites of sandwiches, cakes and scones. DELICIOUS! There were raffles prizes.
Everyone had a great day with the feedback we received on and beyond the day.
