Through Our Website
Comments:
When you leave comments on our site, we collect the data shown in the comments form, plus your IP address and browser user agent string to help with spam detection. An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. After approval of your comment, your profile picture may be visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Media:
If you upload images to the website, avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included, as visitors can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
User Accounts:
For users that register on our website (if any), we store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username).

How Long We Keep Your Information
Form Data:
We retain personal data from our volunteer and service user forms indefinitely to maintain continuity of our charitable services and volunteer coordination. This allows us to maintain relationships with long-term volunteers and service users, track service history and preferences, provide consistent service delivery, and welcome back returning volunteers or service users.
Website Data:
- Comments and their metadata are retained indefinitely so we can recognize and approve follow-up comments automatically
- User profile information is retained while the account remains active
- Cookie information is retained for the periods specified above
You have the right to request deletion of your data at any time (see “Your Rights” below).
How We Store and Protect Your Information
Your form information is collected through Monday.com forms and stored securely on Monday.com’s platform. Monday.com acts as our data processor and maintains appropriate technical and organizational security measures. Data may be processed within the EU as part of Monday.com’s operations.
Website data is stored on our web hosting platform with appropriate security measures.
Embedded Content from Other Websites
Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.
